But I also think there is so much more to it than that, and while you can take many positive aspects of what the book teaches to help you, a dose of realism and self action is also needed, a lot in fact. 

"The Secret" is not a magic formula in my opinion, just a start of something that can help you, but at the end of the day, you also need a lot of action and willingness to reach your goals, and sometimes luck, that is undeniable.
